Request the deletion of your personal data from the Hiddin platform.

⚡ We process all deletion requests within 30 days as required by GDPR (Art. 17) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

How to request deletion

Send an email to fabian@hiddin.app with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Include your registered email address and (if applicable) your Hiddin customer number (HIR-XXXXX or HII-XXXXX)

We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 5 business days

Your data will be deleted within 30 days and you will receive a confirmation email

Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Hiddin and wish to delete the associated data, you can use this page as our official Facebook Data Deletion Callback URL.

When you disconnect Hiddin from Facebook via your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove), we automatically receive a deletion notification and remove all associated data within 30 days.

To verify your deletion request status, contact us at fabian@hiddin.app with your Facebook User ID.

TikTok Data Deletion

If you connected your TikTok account to Hiddin and wish to delete the associated data:
