Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hiddin ("the Platform"), operated by WeeBee Design S.L. ("Hiddin", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Hiddin is a B2B SaaS restaurant marketing platform that connects restaurants with local influencers. The Platform enables restaurants to create marketing campaigns, manage newsletter subscribers (leads), and invite influencers to promote their business. Influencers can submit leads (newsletter subscribers) and receive payouts based on confirmed subscriptions.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• Business accounts must represent a legitimate registered business

4. Restaurant Terms

• Restaurants pay 4 Credits (4€) per confirmed lead (double opt-in confirmed newsletter subscriber)
• Credits are purchased in advance via Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Restaurants are billed per lead upon DOI (Double Opt-In) confirmation — not upon restaurant visit
• The Email Builder add-on is available for 19.90€/month
• Restaurants are responsible for complying with applicable email marketing laws (GDPR, LOPDGDD)

5. Influencer Terms

• Influencers receive 1€ per confirmed lead they generate
• Super Influencers receive additional commissions for influencers they recruit
• Payouts are processed upon request and subject to identity and tax verification
• Influencers must accurately represent their follower counts and social media reach
• Fraudulent lead submissions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings
• Influencers earning over 3,000€/year must register as Autónomo (self-employed) under Spanish law

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting fake, duplicate, or fraudulent leads
• Misrepresenting your social media following or reach
• Spamming or sending unsolicited emails to subscribers
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to circumvent Platform fees or payment systems
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

7. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Hiddin does not store credit card information. All prices are in Euros (€).

8. Intellectual Property

The Hiddin Platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by WeeBee Design S.L. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiddin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Hiddin in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained as required by law and then deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
